Rule 10
Nomination of Presiding Member
(1) The Speaker may nominate a maximum of seven members at the beginning of each session to preside over the meeting in the absence of himself and the Deputy Speaker.
(2) The Deputy Speaker and the members nominated in accordance with sub-rule (1) may exercise all the rights that the Speaker is entitled to exercise in the meeting presided over.
